Do I need insurance.
Insurance is a personal choice, but please be aware that whilst all professional care is taken with every move, your furniture will be traveling on bumpy roads and whilst all furniture is professionally packed, we would advise you to check all options.
If you wish to discuss insurance options, currently this must be done via telephone.
Where can I find boxes ?
Whilst we certainly do not insist that you use standard removal cartons, we do recommend that you use strong double thickness boxes for your move. Most Self storage companies in all major cities can supply you with all the packing materials you may need.
We have found that the best way to locate one of the storage companies is through www.yellowpages.com.au and do a search under Storage in your area.
How do I book my removal ?
Once you have decided to accept our quotation, the next step is to book your move.
To make this as easy as possible we have set up a form on the website that you can complete and send to us.
To use this form you will need to know the quote number that we gave you with your original request.
As soon as we receive this form we will contact you and confirm if the date you requested is available and will answer any additional questions you may have.
Please be sure to let us know how you would like to receive confirmation of your removal. We always email confirmation, but if you would like to speak to someone, please do make it clear on the form.
How long will it take for my goods to arrive?
Brisbane-Sydney-Brisbane 2 to 4 days.
Sydney - Melbourne-Sydney2 to 4 days
Melbourne-Brisbane-Melbourne 2 to 7 days
For moves to and from Perth, please allow approximately 10 to 18 days, this is obviously dependent on where your move originates or where you are moving to.
Moves from the southern states to North Queensland approximately 10 days.

When is the best time to book ?
Whilst we can normally organise your move with only a few days notice, wherever possible we do prefer at least a week between booking and your moving day.
Normally a backload is the load that a company takes on to fill a truck returning from a destination.
